The GFM4 model is accommodating four different cell types; hFM-DEC, hFM-CTC, hFM-AMC and hFM-AEC. It enables mechanistic studies of various compounds crossing fetal membrane from mother to fetus.

GPL7-2 is designed to mimic the 2nd and 3rd trimester placental tissue  with seven compartments, connected with media reservoir on the top. This chip models the maternal circulation where decidua, connected to multiple fetal trophoblast layers, placenta stroma, and umbilical cord cells.

The dual interfaces chip represents both fetal membrane and placenta, which known as feto-maternal interfacial organs. This chip consists of 6 fetal cells (hFM-AEC, hFM-AMC, hFM-CTC, PTC-STB, PTC-CTB, HUVEC) and 1 maternal decidua cells (hFM-DEC).

The model GLU6 was designed to model the interfaces between human vagina, cervix, and decidua. 

This model is 

composed of six cell culture chambers mimicking the vagina, ectocervical (ECTO), transformation zone (TZ), endocervical (ENDO) epithelia, cervical stroma, and decidua layer.
